Incredibly rich flavor with a satisfying mix of textures. Made some substitutions (lime zest and lemon zest in place of lime leaves and lemongrass) but it still came out great. Good spice level too!

Absolutely delicious, it did say to cut up the lime leaves but then add whole? Cut them up and Tbf probably better left whole. Also subbed jasmine with short grain (all I had) but till worked just as good

Was excellent. scaled for two servings it was a little small for my pan so I went to four, fortunately had enough salmon on hand. I did not have kaffir lime leaves as they're hard to find in the states, but didn't miss it. The Thai Basil really makes it, and the curry paste on top of the salmon is going to be a preferred prep for me going forward. definitely a keeper.

In the video you use lemon grass, but it’s not in the ingredient list. I’m guessing you should use it? You also drizzle a pale dressing over the cooked dish - coconut milk perhaps?

Hey mate, thanks for flagging! You’re right, it was just a little left over coconut milk. I’ll get that all updated.

Heya, on the metric to imperial conversion it converts the salmon quantity to cups, should be lbs. any chance you can get that changed?
