OiOiOi - UNREAL big portion so it’s perfect for prepped lunch and definitely filling! Used chicken breast and shredded it vs mince and it’s banging.

Tasted great! Sallad-leftovers for days haha. But i don't mind ☺️ subbed the white miso for gochujang. Worked out really well! 10/10 would recommend.

My Salad was WAYYY bigger than the video -- but it was delicious! (By the way -- the ingredients call for Basil, they do not come forward in the Method, but do in the video. Just a slight improvement!)

I added rice noodles instead of cabbage because I had to bulk it out for a spontaneous 3 portion meal, but I prepped only 1 portion of dressing before. Still worked out great, added some more lime to taste. 10/10 recipe
