Will depend on your peanut butter but just do a couple of tablespoons at a time!

Wanted to love it but was not my favorite unfortunately. I’m not sure if I’m Korean spice gal.

Hi Finn, quick question. Is the 100g udon raw or cooked? I know it has a considerable impact on calories. Cheers.

Hey mate, apologies for this. I've updated the recipe and macros with the suggest Udon style and brand.

If I meal prep how to store and prepare it for the next days?

If I was meal prepping this, I’d store the meat, salad and peanut sauce separately and just make some fresh noodles each day. If you want it even easier, you can store the noodles, sauce and meat together - reheat it - and add the salad once it’s hot.
